ABOUT KAAREN
Since 1986 I have had a holistic heathcare and nutrition practice in California focusing on both animals and their human companions. My work draws upon more than 28 years of study of various traditional Asian healing arts and holistic nutrition as well as Western natural healing methods. Horses have been my passion since 1971. My intensive ongoing study of saddle fit began in 1998 spurred by my own saddle search for two very difficult to fit Icelandic horses. I have observed that many physical and behavioral issues can have roots in mismatched equipment fit. For this reason I now teach horse keepers to understand saddle and equipment fit concepts as well as Jin Shin Jyutsu® self care.
I am available both in person & by phone for Saddle Fit Consultations as well as for Jin Shin Jyutsu® self care consultations.
